Clean air at the machine. Cleaner shop floors.
Mist and smoke collectors for CNC, grinding, EDM and welding. Mechanical for coolant mist, electrostatic for neat oil and smoke. Every spec published, no guesswork.

Two technologies. Seven models. One for every machine.
Pick by what your machine throws: coolant mist or neat oil and smoke.

CM series: CM600, CM1100, CM1500, CM2000
For oil and emulsion coolant mist. 600 to 2000 CMH, 3-stage cassette filtration, 230 V single phase. Compact and easy to maintain.

| If your machine uses | Choose | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Water-based coolant or emulsion | CM series | Mechanical 3-stage filtration suited to coolant mist and larger droplets |
| Straight (neat) cutting oil | ESP series | Captures sub-micron oil mist that passes through media |
| Grinding, EDM, oil quench | ESP series | High-temperature smoke and fine particulate |
| Welding smoke | ESP series | Electrostatic capture of fine smoke particles |
| Machine tool OEM, built-in fit | CM series | Compact, simple construction, easy to install and manage |
Built to keep running costs and downtime low
Capture at source
Air is drawn straight from the machine enclosure before it reaches the operator's breathing zone.
99% efficiency
Rated 99% on both ranges. ESP captures oil mist and smoke down to sub-micron sizes.
Low energy
CM draws 100 to 260 W. ESP draws 250 to 770 W across the range.
Easy maintenance
Cassette filters in CM. Washable cells in ESP, so nothing to replace or dispose of.
Compact and simple
Self-contained unit with motor, fan and filter in one housing. Single-phase supply, no special wiring.
Healthier shop floor
Safer work environment, cleaner floors, healthier operators, and a more productive team.
Mist in, clean air out
Contaminated air enters at the machine, passes through filtration, and returns to the shop as clean air. No ducting to outside, so no conditioned air is thrown away.

Where Cleanmist collectors work
Straight answers
What is a mist collector and why does a machine shop need one?
Machining with coolant or cutting oil throws fine mist and smoke into shop air. A mist collector draws that air from the machine enclosure at source, filters it and returns clean air to the shop. The result is a cleaner floor, a safer work environment and healthier operators.
How do I choose between the CM series and the ESP series?
Use the CM mechanical series (CM600, CM1100, CM1500, CM2000) for oil and emulsion coolant mist. Use the ESP electrostatic series (ESP1000, ESP2000, ESP4000) for neat (straight) cutting oil, grinding smoke, EDM, welding smoke and oil quench, where the particles are sub-micron.
What filtration efficiency do Cleanmist collectors deliver?
The CM series is rated for 99% filtration efficiency. The ESP series is rated for 99% collection efficiency on oil mist and fine smoke particulate down to sub-micron sizes.
Do the ESP units need replacement filters?
No disposable media is used in the ESP series. The electrostatic collecting cells are washed with detergent and reused, so there is no media to buy, stock or dispose of. A washable metal-mesh pre-filter catches swarf and larger droplets.
How is the CM series filtered?
Three stages in cassettes: stage 1 wire mesh for dust and small chips, stage 2 reticulated foam (100 mm, 20 PPI, G3 grade), stage 3 reticulated foam (30 mm, 40 PPI polyether, G3 grade). Cassettes are designed for easy maintenance.
Which machines can I fit a Cleanmist collector on?
Turning centres, machining centres, surface and cylindrical grinding, industrial saws, EDM, parts washing and food processing. ESP units also suit welding smoke and oil quench.
What power supply is needed?
CM units run on 230 V single phase. ESP units run on 220-240 V, 1 phase, 50/60 Hz, with a lockable control panel. No special wiring is needed.
How do I get a recommendation for my machines?
Send your machine list on WhatsApp or email: machine type, enclosure size and the fluid you use (emulsion or neat oil). We will suggest the model and quantity.
Does Cleanmist work with machine tool OEMs?
Yes. The CM series is designed for machine tool OEMs: compact, simple construction that is easy to install and manage. Write to us for OEM supply discussions.
Tell us your machine. We will size the collector.
Send machine type, enclosure size and fluid. You get a model recommendation.
